Introduction of department

We aim at nurturing the creative nutritionists who will take a lead the healthy dietary life through educating and practicing the human nutrition, cooking, confectionery and baking. The course is programmed for obtaining the licenses for the nutritionist, hygienist, Korean food, western food, Japanese food, Chinese food, baking and confectionery. We educate in the area of manager and cook in the hotel, family restaurant and mass food suppliers like the organizations such as the elementary school, middle school, training center and general hospitals.
