Introduction of department
Aiming at turning out talents who will lead the food culture in the global community. The department develops professional technicians in the areas of hotel cooking and confectionery and bakery through education on systematic theories and training on professional practices in the field of Korean food, Western food, Japanese food, Chinese food, confectionery and bakery.
