Opening Hours

Procedure for Use

• The representative student must apply with the form "Application for Use of Facilities" in the Management Department no later than three days before the date of use.
• Shift 1 students cannot use the facilities in "out of rule hours" without a special reason acknowledged by the school.
• To use the facilities in the marked hours (*), you must submit the form "Application for Use of Facilities."

Cautions

• Equipment cannot be moved without permission.
• You must use illuminations, heaters and coolers efficiently and at the minimum.
• After use, put the equipment to their original locations, and switch off illuminations, heaters and coolers.
• Do not damage the window locks.
• You must pay for restoration of any damages to facilities and equipment.

Language Lab

The Language Lab is located on the second floor of the Sociology Building to support effective foreign language learning with a variety of aids.

Procedure for Use

• You can only use Lab1, Lab2, Video Lab and Small Lab.
• Lab1, Lab2, and the small lecture room are general lecture rooms, and Video Lab is a self-study room.
• You can use Lab1, Lab2, and the small lecture room only when there is no lecture in those rooms.

Cautions

• You may not use unauthorized equipment.
• You must follow the instructions of assistant instructor or the professor in charge.
• After use, you must return the equipment to their original state before leaving the room.

Club Room

Procedure for Use

• The Club Room is for all members. Do not use fire, beware of theft, keep the room tidy, and work for maintenance.
• To use the club room outside the regular hours, on Sunday or holidays, you must submit Application for use of club room outside the regular hours to the Management Department no later than three days before the date of use and receive approval.

Cautions

• Never use fire and smoking is strictly prohibited in the club room.
• Electric products cannot be carried in without approval by the Facility Support Department.
• If you see any accident or anyone who behave bad, you must report the person to the Educational Support Department.
• The student who leaves the club room last must turn off the illumination and cooling and heating powers, and lock the doors and windows.

Library Information Search Room

Opening Hours

Procedure for Use

• Show your student ID and enter through the gate.
• Use an unoccupied PC (you can also use the printer).
• When you have finished using the PC, turn it off and exit through the gate.

Cautions

• Always carry your student ID and show it when requested by an employee.
• Always keep quiet. Eating, smoking, or chatting in the Library Information Search Room is prohibited.
• Do not monopolize or privatize the PC.
• Always use facilities in a clean manner.
• Keep your belongings securely to prevent theft.
