KYUNGBUK COLLEGE
To activate Kyungbuk College’s foundation philosophy ‘Pioneering a New History’ and the college spirit of ‘Self-reliance, Truth and service’, we have a mission to educating a competent person who has creative ideas and human nature through the higher practical vocational education.
Based on the mission of a Kyungbuk College, we will improve the learner’s value and fulfill the responsibilities as a regional collage, and furthermore respond to social needs and expectations actively, further to contribute to national development. All faculty of Kyungbuk college will do own best to complete college mission and responsibility, execute right judgement as well as having a behavior basis on own strict personal morality and ethical value. Hereupon, round up all the determination of faculty members, establish and execute ‘Ethics Code of Kyungbuk College’ to realize the foundation philosophy and a goal of education.
First,
All the members of Kyungbuk college are fulfill a whole education to reserve workers who will be the leaders for the next generation. For the sake of it, enhance own competence and teach students to be well prepared. Furthermore, do effort to study, which enhance the quality of higher education, and support school office work to realize ideal community of the college.

All the members of Kyungbuk college are performing self-development which aimed at cultivating morality and personality as a faculty, behave oneself as a responsible intellectual who has sense of caring for others and humble behavior with democratic citizenship in a mind.
First,
Through active thinking and communicative culture to aimed at sustainable future value of a human being, community and nation, all the faculty members of Kyungbuk College are dealing with change and renovation actively, moreover, share the goal point to achieve common objectives.

Kyungbuk College professors teach curriculum demanded by industrial companies and practical vocational education, make efforts to cultivate professional workers equipped with personality and creative idea that are helping social and national development.

We as a professor with our own competency and passion, teach students to be well educated professional workers who equipped with good personality and creative ideas within a long term educating with varied ways of teaching.

Second,
We obey the ethic of research and do not study only for own major. We would study to enhance the quality of vocational education and moreover respect co-professors' research activities.

We lead our community and industrial society based on expert knowledge and research conclusions, renovate curriculum and teaching method rapidly according to changes of industrial demands. And also, we will do best for the advanced educational systems.

We behave ourselves as a professor with honor and dignity, do not pursue self-interest through the unreasonable act or behavior against educator's conscience. Moreover make effort to enhance college dignity and status.

All the faculty members of Kyungbuk College will do best to prepare an optimal educational environment through aiming at satisfied service for the customers, serving distinctive pedagogical support and managing goods.
